I just wanted to let you know that things seems to be finally happening for me. :) I needed a new vehicle and it seems to be landing in my lap. Also, I've been agonizing about asking for a raise and the boss, through an offhand conversation just confirmed I will get a nice one this year. :) WOOHOO.

I found PATHS last year and have been watching my theater at least once a week since then. The results I have seen are remarkable. I am happier and healthier than I have ever been, and I am 62!

Since I've begun viewing this new module, I've been happily "listening" - tuning in to what my future self has to say to me. This made me think about what I'd like to tell my past self, and one big message I'd like to give my younger self is: "you are gorgeous! don't worry about how you look, because you are stunner, a knockout, a total babe!"

How much I worried and fretted and suffered (and wasted time and effort) about not being pretty enough (I grew up in Southern California where I've since learned the standards of "pretty enough" that I was trying to live up to are absolutely ridiculous). Then I realized: I'll bet my future self is sending me the EXACT SAME MESSAGE! It's interesting that the more beauty I see in my own self, the more beauty I'm seeing in others. How...
