I have suffered with severe depression and was overweight and very unfocused and un-motivated. Within two months of using PATHS, there is absolutely no depression left and I have lost weight and am very goal centered.

I did the goals, mood elevation and self-esteem, and the business. All areas I have improved and I am ecstatic and want to share this with as many people as I can. ...

4 months ago I started with my first theater - some things changed immediately - some things took a while to get started. But - after 4 months I can see and feel quite some changes within myself. I am quite impressed with the product, but what really impresses me is your team. I have written in twice, not with any real problems, just with questions and a need for clarification. The response has been prompt, friendly, upbeat and very clear and concise.
